Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups frozen or homemade French fries
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced (optional)
- 1/4 cup sour cream or mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 packet taco seasoning or preferred spices
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Cook the French fries until golden and crispy using oven, air fryer, or deep fryer.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and a splash of water to the beef. Simmer until thickened and flavors meld.
- Warm tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave to make folding easier.
- Layer cheese in the center of each tortilla, followed by beef, fries, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
- Add sour cream or mayo if desired.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
- Toast wraps in a pan or on a grill for a crispy finish.
