Description

Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta is a savory, comforting dish featuring tender slices of beef and a rich garlic butter sauce tossed with pasta. It’s quick to make and full of flavor, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (linguine, spaghetti, or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or flank), thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the beef with salt and pepper, then sear in batches until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Lower heat to medium and add butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Return the pasta to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce until well coated.
  6. Add the cooked beef back in and toss everything together.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and optional Parmesan. Serve hot.
