Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (linguine, spaghetti, or fettuccine)
- 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or flank), thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper, then sear in batches until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium and add butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Return the pasta to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce until well coated.
- Add the cooked beef back in and toss everything together.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and optional Parmesan. Serve hot.
