Ingredients
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt or whipped topping
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup ice
- Topping (optional):
- Whipped cream or coconut whip
- Extra blueberries or banana slices
- A drizzle of honey
Instructions
- Combine the frozen banana, frozen blueberries, milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, sweetener (if using), and ice in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Pulse the blend for an additional 10 seconds to achieve a whipped texture. For a marble effect, swirl extra yogurt into a glass before pouring.
- Pour the blend into a tall glass or frappuccino-style cup. Top with whipped cream, garnish with blueberries or banana slices, and drizzle with honey if desired. Serve with a straw and enjoy immediately.
