Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice zucchini into ½-inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, toss zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle each slice with grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until cheese is golden and zucchini is tender.
