Apple Pie Bites are a quick, bite-sized twist on classic apple pie—made with crescent roll dough, fresh apples, brown sugar, and warm spices. These mini treats are perfect for dessert, snacking, or entertaining.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice (plus ¼ teaspoon for topping)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- 1 small Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced into 8 (½-inch) slices
- 1 (8-ounce) tube Pillsbury Original crescent rolls
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and 1 teaspoon apple pie spice.
- Toss apple slices in melted butter and set aside.
- Unroll crescent dough and place triangles on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle each triangle with the sugar-spice mixture and chopped pecans.
- Place an apple slice on the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
- Brush tops with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with extra spice.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
