Description

Apple Pie Bites are a quick, bite-sized twist on classic apple pie—made with crescent roll dough, fresh apples, brown sugar, and warm spices. These mini treats are perfect for dessert, snacking, or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice (plus ¼ teaspoon for topping)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 small Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced into 8 (½-inch) slices
  • 1 (8-ounce) tube Pillsbury Original crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and 1 teaspoon apple pie spice.
  3. Toss apple slices in melted butter and set aside.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and place triangles on the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle each triangle with the sugar-spice mixture and chopped pecans.
  6. Place an apple slice on the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
  7. Brush tops with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with extra spice.
  8. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
