Description

A festive and visually stunning American Flag Charcuterie Board featuring red, white, and blue ingredients arranged to resemble the U.S. flag. Perfect for Fourth of July celebrations, it’s easy to assemble and completely customizable.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries and/or blackberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup cherries or red grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup white cheese (cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella pearls)
  • 1 cup red cured meats (pepperoni, salami)
  • 1 cup crackers (Club crackers, pita chips)
  • 1 cup white chocolate pretzels or popcorn
  • Cheese slices cut into star shapes

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry all fruit.
  2. Select a large rectangular tray or chilled cookie sheet.
  3. In the top-left corner, fill a square with blueberries (and blackberries if desired).
  4. Scatter white cheese stars over the blueberry square to mimic stars on the flag.
  5. Create alternating stripes using red ingredients (strawberries, raspberries, red peppers) and white ingredients (cheese, pretzels, crackers).
  6. Add stripes of red cured meats and crackers for texture and flavor variety.
  7. Fill gaps with additional berries, nuts, or white snacks like popcorn.
  8. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Customize ingredients to suit dietary preferences and available items.
  • Prep fruits and slice cheeses ahead to save time during assembly.
  • Use a chilled tray to help keep items fresh longer outdoors.
  • Cut cheeses into stars using a small cookie cutter for a themed touch.
