Ingredients
- Mini marshmallows
- Sweetened shredded coconut
- Canned mandarin oranges (drained)
- Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained if canned)
- Maraschino cherries (halved)
- Whipped topping (or whipped cream)
- Optional: sliced grapes, chopped apples, or chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the whipped topping and coconut until well blended.
- Gently fold in the marshmallows, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and cherry halves until evenly coated.
- If desired, stir in grapes, apples, or chopped nuts for extra crunch or fruit variety.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, gently stir and garnish with additional cherries or a sprinkle of coconut on top.
Notes
- Can be made ahead of time; refrigerate overnight and stir gently before serving.
- Can be made dairy-free by using non-dairy whipped topping and skipping the cream cheese variation.
- For extra crunch, add chopped walnuts or pecans.
