Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and chili flakes.
- Season the chicken tenders evenly with the spice mix.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, honey, and minced garlic to make the glaze.
- In a separate dish, mix panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Brush each tender with the honey butter garlic glaze to coat completely.
- Press the glazed tenders into the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
- Place tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket with space between them.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Brush with additional glaze before serving for extra flavor.
