Ingredients
- 2 medium Gala apples
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for coating)
- 4 oz whipped cream
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Peel, core, and slice the apples into 1/4-inch thick wedges.
- Toss apple wedges with melted butter and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange apple wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5–7 minutes until golden and tender.
- Mix sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Immediately toss hot wedges in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Gently fold caramel sauce into whipped cream until smooth and chill for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm apple wedges with caramel whipped cream for dipping.
