Ingredients

  • 5 raw beetroots, peeled and chopped
  • 10 carrots
  • 5 apples
  • 3 lemons
  • 5 inches fresh ginger root
  • 5 cups spinach or kale
  • 2 1/2 cucumbers
  • 5 oranges
  • 5 cups coconut water
  • 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 5 cups filtered water

Instructions

  1. Juice 1 beetroot, 2 carrots, 1 apple, 1/2 lemon, and 1-inch ginger for morning detox juice. Drink on an empty stomach.
  2. Mix 1 tbsp chia seeds into 1 cup coconut water and let sit for 10 minutes for a mid-morning hydrator.
  3. Prepare a beetroot salad with grated beet, chopped cucumber, mint leaves, and lemon juice for lunch.
