Ingredients
- 5 raw beetroots, peeled and chopped
- 10 carrots
- 5 apples
- 3 lemons
- 5 inches fresh ginger root
- 5 cups spinach or kale
- 2 1/2 cucumbers
- 5 oranges
- 5 cups coconut water
- 5 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 5 cups filtered water
Instructions
