Description

Sweet, creamy strawberry fudge swirled with dark chocolate for a hauntingly romantic treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (3 oz) box strawberry gelatin powder
  • Red gel food coloring (optional)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8‑inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk together until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and strawberry gelatin powder. Add red food coloring if you want a deeper red color.
  3. Pour the strawberry mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with butter until glossy.
  5. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the strawberry fudge base, then gently swirl with a skewer or knife to create a marbled effect.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or until firm). Lift from pan and cut into squares. Serve.

  • Use good quality chocolate for smoother texture.
  • Don’t overheat the chocolate — melt on low heat and stir constantly.
  • Swirl gently — over‑mixing will muddy the pattern.
  • Line the pan well so you can lift the fudge out easily.
