Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 3 cups cocoa Rice Krispies
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Toppings
- 36 Cadbury mini eggs
Instructions
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwavable-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips by heating in 30 second intervals on low power. Stir well between each interval until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Combine Peanut Butter and Chocolate: Immediately after removing the chocolate from the microwave, stir in the peanut butter until the mixture is uniformly combined.
- Mix with Rice Krispies: Pour the peanut butter and chocolate mixture into the bowl containing the cocoa Rice Krispies. Stir carefully until the cereal is fully coated with the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
- Prepare Muffin Tin: Grease a 12-count muffin tin with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Scoop the coated Rice Krispies mixture evenly into each muffin cup, filling them completely.
- Create Nests: Use a round measuring spoon or similar tool to hollow out the center of each filled muffin cup slightly, shaping the mixture into a nest form.
- Chill to Harden: Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator or freezer to allow the nests to harden and set properly.
- Add Mini Eggs and Serve: Once hardened, place three Cadbury mini eggs in the center of each nest. Serve and enjoy your charming no-bake chocolate bird nests!

- You can substitute peanut butter with almond butter for a different flavor.
- Use a silicone muffin tin for easier removal of the nests.
- Store finished nests in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep them firm.
- These nests can be made a day in advance for convenience.
