Description

Crispy cottage cheese chips are a high-protein, low-carb snack made with minimal ingredients. Perfectly crunchy around the edges with a slightly chewy center, these chips are a great alternative to traditional snacks and are highly customizable with your favorite seasonings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the tray, spacing them apart.
  4. Gently flatten each pile with the back of a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle your chosen seasonings over the top.
  6. Bake or air fry for 20–30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
  7. Let the chips cool on the tray to crisp up further before serving.
