Ingredients
Cheese Base
- 300 g cream cheese
- 200 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon zest

Tomato Basil Topping
- 250 g cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 5 g fresh basil, finely sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Assembly
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Warm crusty baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare Cheese Base: In a food processor, combine cream cheese, feta, lemon zest, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Blend Mixture: Process until smooth and creamy, then taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Make Tomato Basil Topping: In a bowl, mix chopped cherry tomatoes, 2 tablespoons olive oil, minced garlic, sliced basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine flavors.
- Assemble Dip: Spread the whipped cream cheese and feta mixture onto the base of a serving plate evenly.
- Add Topping and Serve: Spoon the tomato basil mixture over the cheese base, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and serve immediately with warm crusty baguette for dipping.
